I think in situations where it is always associated with anxiety, it could be understood as a panic attack. But I didn't mean to imply it only occured as such. It could be the result of a hormonal imbalance, circulation problems, or acute self-consciousness
Have a look in Chronic Diseases in the Sepia proving from Symptom Number 1090 to 1095.
*Ebullition and rush of blood to the chest, as if spitting of blood would ensue.
*Ebullition, like clucking, in the left side of the chest.
*Beating in the scrobiculus cordis, in the morning, then ebullition in the chest, like palpitation, then burning heat in the face and body, without any externally noticeable heat and redness, and without thirst, but with some perspiration.
I'm not sure if I'm being technically correct here but I take this word "ebullition" as that sort of full congested feeling caused by a rush of blood. Maybe someone who knows better or has Yasgur's Dictionary could confirm or correct this.
