You said "often associated with anxiety". I have a friend who suffers from anxiety attacks. She feels as though she is going to die, having a heart attack..... (she is not online so I can't question her about the sensations she feels) but I am beginning to wonder what comes first. The orgasm of blood, which results in anxiety or anxiety which is followed by the orgasm of blood. I suppose it could go both ways. My friend has been hospitalized quite a few times when having these anxiety attacks. She has seen homeopaths in the past, but no success. Could it be because the homeopath needs to also look at the "orgasm of blood" rubrics in her case?

Can anyone think of any circumstances that one might look at these rubrics when anxiety is not concurrent?
