I have a potential case where the main complaint is an excessive (obsessive) fear of blood. This almost rules the persons life - she checks for blood on the hands of people she deals with, the people loading her groceries, etc. If there is any spot that could be blood she can't stop thinking of it. The reason for the fear is she is afraid she will get a disease (specifically AIDS). When repping this do I look at fear of blood, fear of AIDS, fear of contamination, or fear of infectious disease?
I know Carc, Calc, Ars, Syph, Thuj are high on the list with this type of thing, but wonder which rubric you would use?
