That's a good idea, Homeoman. It sounds like this could be a good application for bio-chemicals or tissue salts. I don't have any knowledge of this type of prescribing, so I'll leave it in your capable hands. It will be interesting to see in nine months what the outcome is!

Another thing I thought of is to check out parents, siblings, etc. and see if there is a propensity to have boys. It often runs in families.
