I'm not sure what the repertory meant by "hip Joint Dsease" IT cuold even be Tuberculosis at the hip joint or various other infections involving that joint. IT may well include remedies for avascular necrosis.
The more important thing is that in homeopathy, we treat the totality, so what the rubric means is of little consequence.
