It's entirely your choice as to how many people you want passing judgement on your case. You could decide on one person and email that person with your answers; or if you want the general population to weigh in with their opinions, you can post your answers on the BB.
Yes, the Questionnaire is long, but if you came to see anyone of us in person, the interview would last from one to two hours and invariably we would cover all the information asked for, but actually, your average practitioner would ask you not only to fill out such an intake form, but would still have the 2 hour session in person, meaning even more information would be be delved into; so, yes, we do ask for more info than your average MD, but the reason is because we cannot prescribe on disease names. When we get the disease name, that's just the beginning. Since you're familiar with homeopathy, I won't bore you with the details other than just to say we really need the individual to feel free to do as much talking as he's willing to do. Very often the prescription is made on a "minor" point such as "sneezing in the sunshine" or a desire for orange juice.
