As a qualified dr, you are already aware of the causative factors.Vitiligo as a medical man ,we know that it is a pigment disoder.
Many factors contribute to this.There are 3 types of melanin eumelanin,pheomelanin,neuromelanin.any factors inhibiting or affecting
melanin formation or tyrosinase the activator will produce above.
It is sometimes associated with some diseases(endocrine) like primary addison disease,autoimmune disorders,thyrotoxicosis,perinicious anemia,
volgt.koyngi syndrome,vagabond disease,phenyl ketourea,genetic pigmentory disorders like piebaldism,wanderburgh’s syndrome ,hashimotos disease etc.
Some of the above have peculier appearance and we can diagnose it by appearance.

At present Iam treating 8 cases .All the cases are improving.2 of them are almost cured.one case of a child 10 years old ,the remedy used is vinca minor,.
A 35 year old lady’s case leucoderma with BP is towards cure by nat mur.
A man with white patches in whole upper lip after using some dyes to darken his moustche is fastly improving by histaminum.
A woman of 60 years developed white patches after using allo.medicine for asthma is improved by nux vom.
A woman with leucoderma on rt sided(rt.face,rt hand,rt.thigh,speedily cured by infrequent doses of Lyco30.
Another case is improved by calc flour.he has varicose vein,sour teeth and piles also.
With hypophysine you can alternate patches of deep and light coloured and pigmentation in some area also just like primary addison.
HypophysineLP,HypophysineLA,Cobalt nit,Cresol,Acid Nit,cresol,Mangifera, ,Tub,Lyco,Syph. etc are found useful in many cases.
as vitiligo is one sided disease and we only see the tip of the iceburg, we need to look other features also for selection of remedy.
About my percentage of success- I didn’t count it.But every case that sticked on is cured .At present there are 8 case and all are towards cure.I didn’t give guarantee to anyone .It is impossible to give as each patient is different .So up to this period Iam lucky because I got only curable cases .

In my observation if the leision is not symetrical it will cure rapidly.bilaterally symetrical cases need prolonged treatment.
