His case is as follows:

Spritzer is the cat with gingivitis and the sores. He is a lynx point (gry striped points) with a rather pale complextion. His eyes are naturally red (pinkish)rimmed. He is ~6 years old and male. His coat is short and tight (when he is healthy he is virtually non-shedding). He is lean. He sometimes gets chin acne, he has had all but his canine teeth and incisors (front between canines) pulled. That cleared his mouth for about 6 months. When his mouth is inflamed, his glands get very large to the point where he chokes. All bodily functions are normal. In terms of his personality, he is gentle, easy-going, not confrontational and generally always relaxed. He gets on with anybody, human and non, he is also fond of dogs. He likes to eat and is somewhat fond of his rituals (does the same routine everyday when his kennel is cleaned), he likes heights (as do most Siamese).Average water drinker and eater. Activity level is normal for his age. Sorry, I'm really having a hard time coming up with anything unique. He is just no trouble and really normal. He has been on Puls 200c and Sil 200c I gave him the Merc 30c which worked really well. He also had a lot of drooling from the gingivitis. His mouth looks good now, gums are nicely pink, throat does not look constricted, he is no longer drooling and his eyes are less stained.(During gingivitis flare-ups, his eyes will tear and stain). The Merc 30CH worked in 2 days, much healthier colour, but then we now had a re-emergence of an external skin sore he's had before. I'm thinking that’s a good thing, BUT do I keep letting the Merc work or do I give him something else to address the sore. The sore is circular, soft-rounded edges, very deep, glistening, shiny red and oozing yellow-green. It is located near the 1st site, just off centre to the right of his spine (the sore was there when we 1st got him, I believe from excessive previous steroid use). The last sore left a scar and was treated with aloe ointment. We were advised to use Puls200. I had a really good look in his mouth yesterday, still some slight inflammation around the teeth he has left, the back of the throat still looks swollen but not inflamed. Curious, a sudden formation of another 2 circular spots, inside the mouth (one on the back part of his tongue, the other to the side of his swollen throat), they look a little like the spot on his shoulder but no yellow. They are slightly raised and very shiny red -looks a little like traditional ringworm (which I know is possible in the mouth but not consistent with exposure). We were advised to keep an eye on, but not do anything to interfere with the Puls.

After some weeks the circular growths are increasing in size and becoming a problem when the cat eats, his throat is really red, sore and constricted as well

We were advised to use Merc 200 When I checked the cat this morning, the lumps were still there but the shiny, bumpy, redness was gone!

Ok the redness is gone, but the lumps are still there and causing choking, it might be worse? Suggestions?

Advised to give phos so I gave 6c -no change when I checked this morning. It seems to that the circles have grown in diameter as well as thickness.

Advised to give Phos 30,

I gave Phos 30c, seemed to do OK, there might have been a very small amount of shrinkage of the lumps. One of the volunteers felt it looked a little like canker sores, she had those in the mouth after a mono/strep infection. As stated they are very much less red, and no longer shiny. Kind of a pale pinkish colour. Whets next?

gave phos 30 - spots are now turning white, no change in diameter, slight change in height (smaller) - still choking

Phos 200 given Friday, lumps now turning back from white to pinky healthy gum colour, however, they appear more raised, swollen in appearance and he is gagging more.

No change in the ulcers, they might be getting a little bigger. Kitty was really choking on his food over the weekend to the point of regurgitation. Phos 200 done with no real change. His gums are still good from the merc (the other remedies have not seem to affected). The cat is in excellent health, other than the 2 -ulcer-like growths at the back of the mouth and tongue. Suggestions? Thanks

Advised to give hepar sulph 200 one dose.

Was dosing him with hep sulp 200 (remedy given), and discovered that the growth has changed dramatically in the past week. 4 times the size! It is now elongated from back of tongue to middle to towards left side. 3 or 4 lumps joined together very lumpy and tumor like. White specks interspersed. Ulcer on left, rear roof of mouth grown 3x the size 1.5 cm in diameter. We are concerned about cancer. Interfering with eating - throwing up bile and food when he tries to eat. Has a hard time swallowing. Due to the emergency, we are taking him to the vet tomorrow to see if they can diagnosed (possible remove).

I was administering the Hep Sulf 200c, only last night. As I was pouring down his throat I noticed the change in growths therefore the growth spurt happened sometime after the Phos 200. I rechecked his mouth again this morning, the growths are less intense from the Hep Sulf, but I think they are still the same size. The hep sulf has also brought out some mild nasal congestion. The cat himself if otherwise in good spirits and is determined to eat despite his obvious discomfort and difficulty, however I am alarmed at the sudden progression in growth. These growths are causing restriction of the throat and my fear is that if they grow much larger, the cat may go into respiratory distress.

Hep is definitely helping, growths may have shrunken a tiny bit and the intensity is again less, however cat is congested and his eyes are a little weepy

His eyes have been tearing a lot and the tears stain the rims of his eyes, other than that nothing. After the Hep sulph his behavior changed for the positive (the way it was before merc). Will have growths examined and report back. Thanks

We did take Spritzer in to be looked at, they want to do blood work as well and the biopsy. I've recently started giving him a meal of raw food which he loves and I'm sure will be beneficial to his condition. He seems much the same, I think he is compensating for the growths because they are still the same size but he is gagging

Advised silicea in 12 twice a day, 5 days, and monitor

Spritzer's sores have returned again in the last couple of weeks. I think they originally stem from medical abuse, but they have resurfaced 3 times now, since he has been in our care (which means no allopathic meds all this time). The sores eventually go away on their own after about a month, so I don't know if we even want to get into addressing them, but I will post a description anyway. The 2 sores are on the right lower shoulder, one is about 2 1/2 -3cm in diameter and the other ~1 1/2 cm. They look like burns, they weep and have a shiny, glossy surface. They don't appear to cause the cat any discomfort or pain. Eventually they will scab over and heal. They only ooze clear liquid, never anything remotely "pus-like". The cat is eating/drinking as normal.

Advised Sil 200

No change on Sil

Nov/02: went in for dentistry, the round raised sores turned out to be rodent ulcer upon lab confirmation. The ulcers were full of pus and were cleaned. No further dentistry planned. Recommend alternate protein sources for diet and prednisone for inflammation.
