Alledged alergic disposition.
History of Astma in the family.
Convulsions.
Croup.
epilepsy in family, alledged.
History of Tuberculosis alledged.
food intolerance alledged.

One of those, or a combination of these usually deterres the caring Doc. from the idea of vaccination.

Otherwise, get him to sign a statemant, that there are no sideffects, and if anything should occure after vaccination he/she take on responsibility personally.
