I have to go along with Claudia--they're so dangerous! Nowadays, especially in Houston where I can recommend a homeopathic doctor, you can almost always find a sympathetic dr. who will write the school a note saying that the child is allergic and shouldn't be vaccinated. Medical exemptions are always accepted. You are not doing your child a favor by having him vaccinated but you are surely putting him at risk. Brain damage, autism, SIDS, seizures...these are just a few of the risks you're taking having your child vaccinated. All the diseases -- measles, mumps, even polio -- that the vaccines supposedly prevent can all be treated with homeopathy should it ever come to that. But, yes, I would give a dose of Ledum 30C before the vaccination, and after: 3 times a day for 3 days. However, if something specific were to happen that would lead to a particular remedy, like the high-pitched screaming--the "brain cry"--for instance, I would give Apis;
this is what Ricky is talking about; you might give Ledum but the body is indicating that another remedy is needed. So I would say Ledum as long as there are no specific symptoms indicating other remedies. But I hope you'll reconsider.
