right side muscle spasm in neck - can't turn head - any movement causes sharp pain. After sleep is worse.walking stiffly so as to avoid any movement of head and neck. Strted by working on computer (was stressed and anxious the day before about a job). no change in appetite or heat. Mood is okay. says neither heat nor cold affect it.

was given bryonia 200c and arnica200c with no results.
