My son, who is 4yrs old has always had a more reserved temperement, i would never seek to change who he is ,but lately it has developed into a problem for him.
He is, fairskinned, blonde,curly hair.
blue eyes, average build

as a baby he constantly nursed, less from hunger & more to turn away from the world...extremely sensitive to noise and stimulation.

as a baby, when riding in a carseat, he would cry if someone sat beside him, he didn't want to be looked at, and would cry or want to nurse if too much attention was paid to him(without activity ex/ playing,tickling)

He has always been a good sleeper, sleeping better when alone in his own room.
he doesn't usually sleep during the day anymore, but NEEDS his quiet time .

He is comfortable playing with one child at a time. He has a hard time initiating play and usually gets very rough with the other child , not leaving them alone, esp if the child is younger.
When in a group situation ,where there are children his own age(esp boys), he will NOT approach, either clinging to my legs and talking baby talk if an yone tries to interact w/ him... he will sometimes sit alone away from the others and rub dirt into his hair and on his skin.

he seems to be more comfortable in the company of girls, esp older girls, and older children altogether.

He has an explosive temper, and pushes every limit when told "no"
when angry he will scream angry words such as "shut up" "i don't love you" "i want to kill people" etc...
Very afraid of new situations, and reacts with fear and panic.

He had scaly excema on his legs when he was a baby/toddler
Any help in selecting the correct remedy would be accepted gratefully.
