krista, i don't think the remedy caused the affectionate nature, as you reported that prior to the remedy.
what you have now is a clearing up of the acute, and the background symptoms showing themselves.
i would take a guess at sulfur now - since you have the gummed red eyes, with thirst but no appetite.
use a single dose of 30c in water, and then you can move to Q if appropriate.
i expect you will have an affectionate cat by nature to look after - remedies will not alter it.
