I'm afraid I didn't have any ign and it was too late in the day to purchase some, so poor kitty went without. I did notice however that where the yellow had been on the tongue (middle) last night it had changed to fuzzy white with the edges shiny red and 2 ulcers on either side of the tip. (This morning, less fuzzy white). The ulcers around her lips were also bleeding easily when disturbed. The drool also gets worse when I first start to clean her up (almost like a response to something). She still hangs her head and when I'm cleaning/feeding her she will press her head into the crook of my arm (like pressure relieves). The eye discharge is still mainly in the corners and whitish yellow. She must be feeling better, because she is a bit more spirited (especially around other cats). With the tongue change, does ign still fit? I believe Anna felt the strongest indications for ign was the dropping head and eye discharge as well addressing grief.
