Give maximum time to your family. Take a tour to Murree hills accompanied with your wife and son for a week.
I visited Murree with my college contingent last year. It is a beautiful place to spend some days. Leave all activities for a week. Relax as much as you can.
Put 15-20 drops of Acid Phos Mother tincture in water. Repeat dose after 6 hours for a week.
