Krista,
I was going on the gum symptoms in your first post, however kreosote has rapid emaciation, as scaping and roughness in throat with dryness and pain as of excoriation or pressure in throat on swallowing, upper oesophagus erroded.

Now that you have described her throat I wonder about cantharis or mercurius cyanatus. Would be good to see her throat. I wish animals could talk, it make life so much easier! however I have had lots of successes due to observation only.I hope we can help and alleviate this cats misery.
