it could be hepar, but perhaps, a better idea is nat mur. comparing the two in allen, i thought nat mur bore greater resemblance in terms of the gum symptoms, and covers the dehydration better than hepar.
you might try one dose of nat mur 30c in water.
can you give sq fluids too? or is she too wild?
