This is NOT a true acute... it is an acute exacerbation of chronic and a parade of remedies is not a good choice. The best possibility would be for you to see a trained homeopath rather than trying to prescribe for yourself... it is very unlikely that someone can be objective enough to prescribe for themself. It may be that you will loose the tooth or require dental work, but this does not resolve the underlying problem that made you susceptable to tooth decay and infection in the first place....if one has been prescribed for correctly, they should not need to take remedies for common symptoms that are part of their chronic disease... true acutes are self limiting and only require treatment if very severe or the vital force is unable to respond on its own.... palliation until you see a dentist is one option, but regardless of what you decide to do with the tooth I would take this opportunity to present your case to a trained homeopath....
