18 months!!!!! I can't beleive. I think it is a typing mistake. May be you want to say 8 months. If it is true, she got cure after 18 months then my opinion is, she was cured herself without your medication.
It will be a new info for you. In the normal condtion the HCV virus gone to incubation period after three months. If you could hold the patient for three months and don't give any medicine. It is quite possible that you will see positive response in alt sgpt etc. values.
Some time in HCV cases, after three months, you can observe the value of HCV in negative. It does not mean that the patient has been cured.
I treated 17 seventeen cases of HCV. Only five were fully recovered after 40/60 days of treatment. while in rest of the cases values went down but the hcv was not shown to negative. but patients are comfortable.
Nit acid, Nux Vom, Bell, Nat mur, Nat sulf, cham, acon, bry etc etc were tried and got good result.
Chionanthus and chelidoium in mother tincture form are our DICLORAN injection of allopathy (a pain killer having diclofenac sodium). If you will give these in mother tincture form. it will decrease the lft value instantly but will not cure the case. only wel selected constitutional remedy can cure the case completely.
18 months are too much.
