I doubt we can do very much Joel, I'm so sorry. BUt he can certainly take homeoapthic tinctures every 6 hours:

Cardus MArianus ( St MAry's Thistle) in Mother tincture 4-5 drops every 6 hours.
HAmmemalis V in 6C potency for the internal bleeding, plussed ever 6-8 hours
