I agree that this is a case of syphilitic miasm. I have looked at Syphilinum and some of the other rems but this one seems a better match as it contains his other symptoms such as arrogance, haughtiness, melancholia, etc. I'm not asking for help with this case; I was more interested to know if other practitioners have seen this symptom of perversion relative to Platina.

I also think it's worth mentioning here that I do not believe the nosodes should automatically be used in miasmic cases. I treat miasms almost exclusively and rarely have need of a nosode.
