Hallo
It's worth while to read Scheffler's introduction to the Bach flower remedies. Bach advises us to test=prove them one by one ourselves and particulariliy take note of the change in the mental sphere, the isssues, the dreams and so on.
once we have internalized this, we can easily identify in others the flower, which will bring them forward. the more one gets experienced, the lesser the combinations one recomends. i would not mix them with homeopathy, and use them rather at a point, where there is no diseasepicture, but live issues, issues of personal growth, there i would use them.
Robert Bach was not very clear about repetition. my experience is, that the suitable flower remedy does not need any repetition. Even just sniffing from the bottle once has worked marvelous.
i have seen bach flower remedies work in a single dose for more than half a year. Too quick of a change can prevent the final result and confuse things.
I respect them like high C-potencies.
