Thank you both for your encouraging words.
And gpm, 'wise', 'old', and 'sage' need not come in that order always. You can modify the 'old' with 'old enough' and you will start feeling comfortable with me again.
Also, experience may depend on years sometimes but knowledge is not that much dependent on the no. of years. Had that been so, nearly every man beyond 70 would have been an Einstein!!
