IF nothing works, get hold of something called "Soliwax" or "waxsol" from the local health food store (At least that's what its called here. IF you'd like a list of the ingredients [sigh] email me). ITs a mixture of chemicals that softens the wax. You need to put a couple of drops at least 3-4 times a day for a couple of days. Then syringe out the wax with warm water - you need to probably get to an ER to do that effectively.
Please don't try anything inserted into the ear. You stand a good chance of damaging the eardrum. Some wax can be very stubborn aand really stuck to the drum.
