I know you are concerned about forgetting details of the last week or so, but..your reaction to this whole incident will likely go far to help the new homeopath find the correct remedy....just make a few notes about what you took when and the rest will speak for itself during the interview... just as an aside, I had an extreme reaction to an LM potency myself... you will get through it, best wishes...
