This is a tricky one.
One one level the she seems better mentally.
BUT what is more significan and of pathological importance is that the diarrhea may have reduced but she has begun throwing up and is not able to drink water, seems agitiated doing it. Did I get that right?
I wouldn't be too satisfied with this reaction. So Snoopy, I don't think here the mental improvement is of significance unless sustained by the physical one. We often make this mistake in pathological cases that someone is better mentally and completely ignore that the physical deterioration is carrying on.
I'd be happier to see the action of China Ars.
