Both China and Ars cover her sympotms very well. So if China and Ars did not work separately, the remedy is China Ars. Give her repeated doses of 6C (4 -6 hourly or as required) otherwise a couple of doses of 30.
Beoricke and Clarke have the best description. I've had very good results with this remedy in diorrhea when it was the chief complaint and both symptoms of arsenic and china.
