Homeopathy can definitely help in both illnesses you mention. In treating epilepsy, however, the greatest amount of good can be done in cases where allopathic treatment has been limited--in other words, the chances for cure increase dramatically if the epilepsy patient has suffered from seizures for a short while and has not begun treatment with the allopathic drugs and operations used to control this condition. As with anything else in homeopathy, the less structural change evident as a result of pathology (and pathological treatment), the greater the odds for cure.
