Well, you certainly gave that impression when you quoted 6th ed. Organon, but referred to the high potencies as 1M and 200. You quote was quite a generalisation, too. "We, as a profession ..."?
The 6th ed. Organon is referring to LMs, for the most part [the C scale is referred to for acutes], and yet you quote from it as though it is referring to the C scale. If you are going to use the C scale (in water), then perhaps you need to quote from the 5th ed. Organon?
Making a sweeping statement, such as the one I quoted above, leaves you open to criticism Snoopy. Posting such a statement on a public forum does not enamour you to your fellow professionals either.
As for your statement on provings: yes. Repetition, without plussing, leads to a proving.
There have been more than a few prescriptions on this BB, however, where instructions were not clear on this point.
That is what I find reckless, especially given this is a public forum.
