I hope I can be of some help. Is this a case of Leukemia? Using Murphy's Repertory, there is a rubric:
Diseases, Cancer, Leukemia, Children, in-Ars.(3).

Arsenicum is the only remedy! I would obviously go with this first. Potentizing the blood is usually what we do when our remedy has stopped working and we're running out of ideas.

I would put Ars. 6C in a bottle of spring water; give three times a day, succuss before each dose--which would be a swallow. Keep in the refrigerator.

Treat all acute flair-ups, like pain, with the appropriate acute remedy in a 30C as needed.
