When the similimum is found,the positive response IS instant....it is when an incorrect remedy that is close enough to impact, or a correct remedy that is given in too high a dilution or repeated too often that you can get into trouble....a 6X can be too high a dilution if the vital force is weak... LM's can aggravate...succussing can create aggravation, it always does on me...the more one prescribes, the more opportunity one has to observe these things...unless the prescription is made over the internet, in which case one never knows what has happened unless it is reported, and often, even when you have the advantage of face to face contact, people don't connect changes or symptoms with the remedy....
