I would think first of Phosphorus because of being better for and desiring ice cold water, and if that didn't work, next I would try Arsenicum because of the mental picture--worrying about the baby's future, worry that something bad will happen, etc.

Spearmint tea is wonderful for nausea. I hear ginger tea is another good one.

I would give a 30C of the remedy in water, as it tends to be longer-lasting that way and more effective. Just drop a few pellets in a disposable cup, stir with something plastic, and drink and throw the cup away.
Repeat only when needed.

No need to fear homeopathy--it promotes natural healing, it's not a substance that may be toxic or have side effects.
