>What foods do you go out of your way to make sure you have? What is your appetite and eating habits like?
I couldn't live without pizza, potatoes, chicken, tomatoes (salads in general) and apples. My appetite is normal I guess and I like to eat fruits after every meal. My problem is that I eat quite greedily and quickly, but I've never had any stomach (or other) problems.
>What drinks do you like, and what temperature must they be, and do you drink them down or just sip a little from time to time?
I love red wine (sip a little from time to time) and cold beer (drink it down). And I drink lots of water (no ice), usually 5-6 glasses a day.
>Tell us what is your worst time of day. What's your best time of day?
Morning is my worst time of the day. I wake up with a feeling of uncertainty, my mind is trying to convince me that something's wrong with me, but it gradually gets better during the day. In the night, things are really better, perhaps because I usually drink some red wine which relaxes me.
>How do you feel about thunderstorms?
I'm afraid of them, same as the sound of the airplanes flying through the air.
But my major fear is cancer. Whenever I hear this word or read about it, I think of myself having it. Other fears apart from illnesses: possible pain when having sex (even if I've never experienced any pain), heights, dying, elevators and plubic speaking. Furthermore, I sometimes have a feeling that people are watching me and judging me negatively for what I do. Also I have this odd fear of being anxious all the time, because I know that the increase in stress hormones can do you harm physically and psychologically.
>How do you feel if you miss a meal?
I try not to miss any meal of the day, but my diet is pretty sound, with lots of vegetables and fruits and not too much meat.
>Do you feel better in open air or warm rooms?
Open fresh air. I particularly can't stand being in closed rooms where people smoke.
>How do you feel in the morning when you wake up?
As I said before, I feel a bit anxious and uncertain, something I can't describe with my poor English. But I feel better when I take my remedy and when I drink some natural juice later in the morning.
>Could you describe your energy--are you peppy and bubbly, or are you sluggish?
I wouldn't say I'm sluggish at all. I can be sluggish only when I don't like the company around me and when I'm not interested in what I'm doing. But in general, I think I'm very energetic and nervous.
>Do you make friends easily?
Not quite. But I can be very open to my best friends.
>How's your sleep?
Good. My dreams are vivid, if this helps.
>How do you feel after a nap?
Better I guess. But I feel a lot more better after taking a shower.
>What weather do you prefer?
Sunny weather but not too hot, it goes without saying.
>When you have an emotional problem which is bothering you, what do you do?
I talk to my mother or to a friend about it. Usually, we come up with the same reasonable solution I first had in mind.
>How are you at the sea?
I like swimming, it's one of the things that relaxes me.
>Are you, yourself, a restless person? Is your mind restless--trouble concentrating, etc.? Do you feel the need to travel? Do you feel hurried?
I feel very hurried, sometimes it feels like I'm on a mission to accomplish something vague I don't even know. I especially feel this way when I study or when I eat.
I feel the need to travel, but I'm afraid of flying and I'm also in awe of being away from family, alone in a place where I would be in big trouble if I got ill.
>What do you enjoy doing?
Writing and listening to music, exercising, reading books and newspapers, watching films and going out for dinner with good friends.
Also, reassuance from doctors that there's nothing physically wrong with me works as a great relief.
>This fear of illnesses, when did it start, what triggered it?--what was happening in your life around the time it started?
I think it was always there, since my mother is pretty anxious about health too, so I guess is partly genetic. My parents say that when I was a little kid I was very afraid of dying, even if we hadn't have any death among the members of the family at that time.
>What do you think motivates you? For example, some people are motivated by the desire for power/money, others by idealism, others by the need to be reassured that they're loved and cared for.
At this point of my life, diplomas in my field are what motivates me. But that increases my anxiety at the same time, because I have to study a lot. By the way, I think I've read that Natrium Phos is preffered for anxiety when studying, correct?
>What makes you angry? What do you do when you get angry?
People that don't undertand me make me angry, and also the rejection from friends and lovers. But usually I'm angry with myself for things I have done wrong. I play the music VERY loudly when I'm angry.
>How do you feel about music?
I love music and it relaxes me when times are tough. Especially when I write music, one of the creative activities I love, things are REALLY getting better, since my mind is occupied only with it.
>Do you sweat during sleep? Or at any other time?
No sweat during sleep, only in summer. My hands are really sweating in social situations and generally when I feel anxious or afraid (for instance, when I go to the doctor).
>Are you an orderly/tidy sort of person or on the messy side?
I'm on the messy side, but I like to be clean and fresh by taking showers everyday, probably because it makes me feel healthier.
>Do you have ANY other symptoms? For instance headaches, sinus trouble, allergies, muscle aches?
I have allergy, spring makes me sneeze every morning. But things are better now with the remedy.
