I want to ask here with permission from Jon, that what is the meanning of duplicate alias. If more than two persons are using same IP address. Will they be considered as duplicate name? If so, then how you will justify that more than 5000 (five thousand) registered members have unique IP address. It is not possible. If it is not possible than how it could be mannage? In my opinion only more or less 1000 members have proper IP address and rest are all aliases.

Some seniours members (who are homeopaths too) have the habit of asking question with one alias and answering the same question with his/her orignal alias. This habit was going on in the past very frequently. I fully support your decission that you took immediate step and banned Dr.MAS. But what about the others

If your decission is for next time only i.e. for future need then please review your decission for Dr.MAS too. Put his under observation for one month. If he behave properly then allow him to continue to work for this BB. If he exhibit the same technique then I will never say again in my life for concession for him. Thank you.
