I don't understand 1/2 a cap and 1/4 of a cap as I only give 1 pillule. There is no way you should have repeated the 200C when its action had not finished.

You write you are from Worcester. Is that Worcester UK?

You can feel worse before feeling better but you certainly do not repeat the remedy again at this stage!!
