This tube I have has these little pellets in it. The tube says SULPHUR 200CK if that means anything. The indicated dosage on the tube says to take 3-5 pellets at onset of symptoms. So I didn't think one would have much effect. Says to repeat three times a day. My chiropractor only said to take one pellet a day.?.?.?

Does that help at all? I'm really wondering if I should continue taking this stuff.
