The 'someone' i mentioned calling was our homeopath. Upon reflection, it was the least effective conversaton I have ever had with a healthcare professional. For those of you in practice, it is not helpful to lecture a concerned patient/parent of patient and then tell her to call back on Monday. I felt punished and as you know, very frightened. This lack of or mis-communication has happened before and I am considering a change of practioners. I have written her a letter and will wait until I hear from her to make my decision.
