It is new information for me that this general discussion forum is actually not a general discussion forum but a classical homeopathy forum.
However, Classical homeopathy mean practicing homeopathy under the strict jurisdiction of Organon rules.
In my opinion the prescription by Dr.MAS for alopecia areata is purely classical base, under the rules of Organon. All the homeopath of the world is doing the same practice. It is not a new thing in homeopathic practice that by starting a dose of nosode first, followed by similar remedy. This is called alternative method. Both medicines are not given at the same time. Here, when you will use Bacil don’t use any other remedy on the same day and start acid flour from the next day for a week. I have obtained excellent results by doing such practice and it exactly what prominent homeopaths of world said to us. I agreed with the opinion of Dr.MAS, which he quoted from different prominent homeopath of the world. They were classical homeopath.
