i don't understand what the problem is, the homeopath is one that i was recommended to from a member on this board who's been posting for years. i have gone to her on multiple occasions over the last few years. i told her about a number of seperate symptoms -- 1) flaking scalp 2) swollen fingers on right hand 3) scaling above eyebrows 4) white tonsil 'stones'. she also took my recent history -- mood, any other sicknesses i've had, etc etc. she then sent me a list of remedies to take for the various symptoms, some symptoms were covered by a single remedy while others had their own single remedy.
for the swollen fingers she recommended apis 12c, and if that didn't work after 3 days, she suggested rhus-tox 30c.
for my scalp she recommended graphities 200c, which she said fit many parts of my symptom-picture, including the scalp, unhealthy tonsil tissue and including my poor memory, oddly enough, which i spoke with her about as well. she told me to take the 200c for 3 nights and then switch to 30c in liquid form.
i have complete faith in her treatment and skill. perhaps i simply wasn't asking my question properly? it's not always possible that one remedy will work for an entire range of symptoms, is it? ie, if i come to her with 4 symptoms, some may be covered well by 1 remedy while others by another, surely it's not certain that there is always one remedy which will always help with any number of symptoms?
