A 200x is about equal to a 20c......so it's not even as potent as a plain old 30c. (the 30x is very low - thus still contain molecules of original substances ---- wouldn't mess with rem's like Ars - not for repeated dosing anyway - without an experienced homeopath advising.......)
So, X and C potencies are indeed different in strength. My homeopath told me she tends to only use X potencies on terminal cases where she is palliating and sometimes on animals in certain circumstances.
