Yes my suggestions would still work.
Aortic or Mitral Valve insufficiency could also be related to cardiaz size (esp enlarged Left Ventricle) and still would not necessarily predispose to infection.
I've not used Echinacia often. But it does have very good antiseptic properties. IF you're taking Arn and Hep Sulph, there may not be any need for it.
