That puts a different light on things and more in line with what David has said.
In that case, I'd check whether Rhus Tox also covers the modalities of the cold sores and then - depending on the intensity - would indicate a need for repeptition of the remedy or not.
This is now assuming that Rhustox what chosen on "consitutional" characteristis as a constitutional similimum.
