I am hoping someone can help. I have always had headaches, but this week has been very hard. I have had a headache that just won't quit.

Tues, Wed., and Thur. my head hurt on the right side, near my temple. It is usually the case that my head hurts in one spot only and that was true with this headache.

Today the pain was pretty much gone, just a bruised feeling left. Then about 3:30 or 4:00 this afternoon my head started hurting on the left side, near my temple. I feel pretty frustrated.

I have to confess that my favorite headache cure is caffine -- a cup of black tea or decafe coffee, and 2 advil. I don't drink caffeinated coffee, so I get enough help from the decafe.

I know there will be more questin so I'll be looking for them. I would love to be able to give headaches up or tend to them in a more effective way.
