I have to agree wholeheartedly with Pannakkal's assessment of modern homeopathy, which has become so confused that 10 different homeopaths will look at the same case and come to 10 different conclusions. Aphorism 3 states:

Discerning the disease or mistunement of the life force is difficult when these become confused with personality traits and other manifestations (and even circumstances) that are not part of the symptom picture. Instead of simply looking at what is going on with the patient (the expression of derangement), practitioners engage in all manner of analysis, interpretation, and inference to arrive at their conclusions.
