Yes still sounds like Bell. You may take it as you mentioned, but I should imagine you would require just a couple of doses. So give one dose at least 6 hours to work before you take another one.
I'd be interested in knowing your fever symptoms though, and the hallucinations etc. Maybe you could send that to me in a private message if you don't want to post all that!
Do you have these headaches as a chronic problem? In that case you need to have your entire history taken and a constitutional similimum found.
