You've not mentioned whether you are sensitive to drafts, whether you feel thirsty or not, tongue coating, etc
What are the modalities eg. BEtter lying down, or pressure etc.
The possible causative factor for your headache. ( Diagnosis - Obviously Upper Respiratory Infection or Sinusitis).
For the moment, it looks to me that you culd do with a few of doses of Belladonna 200.
I could confirm this if you gave me more info above.
