Deb

First of all - not a Naturopath yet.

Second, I do think a cleanse would be very good idea for you - I plan on doing one within the next week or so.

I have lots of info on different ones if you are interested I will put them here.

I don't think supplementation is the way to go until you do a good cleanse as it sounds as if you aren't absorbing the nutrients anyway.

YOu know, you can be treated constitutionally with a 6c in water - Snoopy recommends this way all the time - or even by olfaction, a very gentle method (Tommi, if you see this perhaps you could comment?) Have you ever been given LM's? Did anything happen before the digestive stuff began?

Has the cham tea helped? If it hasn't you might stop that.

When will you get the results from the hospital?

Deb - didn't you have some issues with depression? I apologize if I am mistaking you for someone else. If it was you how has that been going? Has homeopathic treatment helped that?

I feel so bad for you with these awful digestive problems - it makes life so difficult.

Youkmentioned stopping wheat and diary - has that helped? There is a great diet book for digestive disorder sufferers (I'll check the name when I get a minute) but the diet is pretty strict and I am trying to work up the willpower to try it. It is based on the premis that most people with digestive issues have an upset balance of bacteria
in the digestive tract - not just the colon. The diet basically calls for the starvation of these bacteria by eliminating their food source (carbs). That is a much simplified version.

Let me know if you want me to post the colon cleanse - it can be done pretty gently.
