Consider Veratrum also.

Ars 6x is not strong enough for this sort of acute. You should use at least 30c, but I would give a single dose of 200c. I have treated my own dog for parvo, using Ars 200c one dose, which cured.

What is the behaviour of the dog like - how has it changed ? - this will help to direct you to the correct remedy.

A remedy to always keep in mind when a condition gets very serious is Carbo veg. I have pulled several animals back from the point of death with this remedy. Once again, at the very least you need to use 30c.
