These pimples are very normal and very common. Both my kids had them. It took them a few months to get rid of them. Not saying yours will take that long, but don't get scared if it takes longer. It is from the overwhelming amounts of estrogen in your body that are passed on to your baby. That is what the pediatrician said. The definately should not be messed with, because popping them will only make them sore, not dissapear. If you have pictures to be done, it is safe to use a natural cream for acne, but only as necessary and be sure that it doesn't have any irritants in it like tea tree oil.
