They are asking - amongst other things - what if there is a measles epidemic if people stop vaccinating.
In my opinion, the answer is - not much - children would get uncomplicated measles and their parents would have to stay at home [time off work, not something the government likes] and look after them. Measles is not a dangerous disease in the developed world, unless complicated by vaccination.
There will always be a few problematic cases with complications in susceptible individuals, which competent homoepaths could deal with if only they were trusted to do so. The susceptible individuals are the ones who currently suffer the worst effects of the vaccine.
